Rules of the Disciplinary Board of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court
(a) Upon Call of Chairperson. Meetings shall be at the call of the Chairperson at least once each quarter. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson shall call the meeting. (b) Upon Call of Members. Upon the call of five Board members, a special meeting shall be held. (c) Quorum. Seven Board members shall constitute a quorum; the Board shall act only with the concurrence of seven or more of its members.
