Meetings of the association

(1) Annual meeting. There shall be an annual meeting of the members of the state bar each year. The board of governors shall determine the time and place of the annual meeting and shall arrange a suitable program. (2) Assembly of members. An assembly of the members of the state bar may be held at each annual meeting for the purpose of discussing any issues of association public policy.
