The Commission shall hold regular and special meetings at times and places to be fixed by the Commission and shall provide notice to each Commissioner. The presence at a meeting of four or more Commissioners shall constitute a quorum. Commissioners may appear by telephone or by other electronic means, and such appearance shall constitute attendance at a meeting for purposes of establishing a quorum. § 3-104 amended July 25, 2013, effective August 1, 2013.
