38.4(1) Meetings of the commission will be called by the chair of the commission and may be attended in person or by electronic means. The commission must meet at least once in each calendar quarter. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or at the request of three or more members of the commission. 38.4(2) The commission may act only upon the concurrence of a majority of the members present, except in the case of a vote to initiate an action pursuant to Iowa Court Rule 37.2, in which case the commission may act only upon the concurrence of a minimum of four members.
