APR 23.2 MEETINGS The Character and Fitness Board shall hold meetings at such times and places as it may determine. Where the chair of the Character and Fitness Board determines that prompt action is necessary for protection of the public, and that circumstances do not permit a full meeting of the Character and Fitness Board, the Character and Fitness Board may vote on a matter otherwise ready for review without meeting together, through telephone, electronic, or written communication.
