Fee Dispute Resolution Program
(a) Arbitral bodies are strongly encouraged to offer mediation services as part of a mediation program approved by the board of governors. The mediation program shall permit arbitration pursuant to this Part in the event the mediation does not resolve the fee dispute. (b) All mediation proceedings and all settlement discussions and offers of settlement are confidential and may not be disclosed in any subsequent arbitration.
