Matters involving related pending civil or criminal litigation

Before or after a grievance file has been opened, processing of a grievance or complaint shall not be deferred or abated because of substantial similarity to the material allegations of pending criminal or civil litigation, unless authorized, for good cause, by a three-member screening panel appointed pursuant to SCR 105 (1).
