Idaho Rules for Electronic Filing and Service Rule 11: Manner of Filing (a) Electronic filing. A document will be considered filed when: (1) the document has been electronically submitted to the court's electronic filing system; and (2) the submission has been acknowledged and the document accepted for filing. (b) Converting conventional filing to electronic format. The court may digitize, record, scan, or otherwise reproduce a document that is filed conventionally into an electronic record, document, or image. (Adopted April 15, 2019, effective July 1, 2019)
