Preamble: Of primary importance to the courts, the bar, and the public is that attorneys continue their legal education in order to have and maintain the requisite knowledge and skill necessary to fulfill their professional responsibilities. This rule is adopted to establish a program of mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) and to set standards and minimum requirements for that program.
