Effective January 1, 2001 Supreme Court Review of cases involving the mandate of funds is commenced pursuant to the procedure in Trial Rule 60.5(B). The appeal shall thereafter proceed in accordance with such orders on briefing, argument and procedure as the Supreme Court may in its discretion issue.
