Management of criminal law and motion calendars

Intent: To facilitate calendar management by establishing a filing deadline for criminal law and motion calendars. Applicability: This rule shall apply to the Fourth District Court. Statement of the Rule: On all matters to be noticed up for the criminal law and motion calendar, the return of service shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and properly docketed by five o'clock p.m., two working days prior to the date of the calendar on which the matter will be called.
