Where a document contains original signatures other than the signature of the attorney filing the document, the document shall be maintained by the filer. Where these rules require a party to maintain a document, the filer is required to maintain the document for a period of 2 years after the final resolution of the action, including the final resolution of all appeals. § 2-209 amendments adopted June 9, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.
