Rules for Mediated Settlement Conferences and Other Settlement Procedures in Superior Court Civil Actions
The senior resident superior court judge of any judicial district conducting mediated settlement conferences under these rules is authorized to publish local rules, not inconsistent with these rules and N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.1, implementing conferences in that district. History Note. 373 N.C. 663.
