Limitation on Jurisdiction

The hearing officer may grant relief under these rules only when the court is unavailable to do so pursuant to the provisions of: (1) Section 6110 of the Protection From Abuse Act, 23 Pa.C.S. § 6110, (2) 42 Pa.C.S. § 62A09 (providing for protection of victims of sexual violence or intimidation), or (3) local rule of court.
