ELC 14.4 LAWYER TO KEEP RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE A lawyer who has been disbarred, suspended, or transferred to disability inactive status must maintain written records of the various steps they have taken under this title, so that proof of compliance will be available in any subsequent proceeding. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002. Amended effective January 1, 2023.]
