Definitions. As used in these rules, the folloHing definitions apply: (1) "Act" means the Montana Chiropractic Legal Panel Act provided for in 27-12-101 through 27-12-703, MCA. (2) "Substantial evidence" means such relevant evidence as a reasonable mind might accept as adequate to support a conclusion or, stated another frlay. enough evidence to justify refusal to direct a verdict on a factual issue in a jury trial.
