Jury Panel: Oath or Affirmation by Prospective Jurors

Effective January 1, 2003 The jury panel consists of those prospective jurors who answered their summons by reporting for jury service. The judge shall administer the following to the prospective jurors of the jury panel: “Do you swear or affirm that you will honestly answer any question asked of you during jury selection?”
