Jury Orientation
Indiana Jury Rules
Effective January 1, 2003 Trial courts shall provide prospective jurors with orientation prior to the selection process so they may understand their role in our legal system. Jury orientation shall include a standard presentation recommended by the Indiana Judicial Conference.
