(b) Courts shall determine the minimally sufficient number of jurors needed to accommodate trial activity; this information and appropriate management techniques shall be used to adjust both the number of individuals summoned for jury duty and the number assigned to jury panels. (c) Courts may employ procedures to ensure that each prospective juror who has reported to the courthouse is assigned to a courtroom for voir dire each day before any prospective juror is assigned a second time that day.
