The members of the jury may, in the discretion of the judicial authority, take notes and submit questions to be asked of witnesses during the trial of a civil action. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 305A.) TECHNICAL CHANGE: A hyphen was added to ‘‘Note- taking’’ in the title.
