Jurisdiction

The Supreme Court, in the exercise of its jurisdiction to define the practice of law and to prohibit the unauthorized practice of law within the State of Wyoming, adopts the following rules, which shall govern proceedings concerning the unauthorized practice of law. Nothing contained in these rules shall be construed as a limitation on any other civil remedy or criminal proceeding that may otherwise exist with respect to the unauthorized practice of law. Further, nothing contained in these rules shall be construed to limit or replace the powers of the Board of Professional Responsibility or the Supreme Court with respect to the unauthorized practice of law by lawyers.
