There shall be five judicial regions in the state which shall be comprised as follows: 1. Sierra region shall consist of all courts, except the Nevada appellate courts, within the first, third, ninth, and tenth judicial districts; 2. The Washoe region shall consist of all courts within the second judicial district; 3. The North Central region shall consist of all courts within the fourth, sixth, and eleventh judicial districts; 4. The South Central region shall consist of all courts within the fifth and seventh judicial districts; 5. The Clark region shall consist of all courts, except the Nevada appellate courts, within the eighth judicial district. [Added; effective February 15, 1979; amended; effective July 30, 2015.]
