Judicial Discretion in Use of Rules

Effective January 1, 2025 Except as herein provided, in any civil or domestic relations case, a presiding judge may order non-binding alternative dispute resolution, or any of the methods listed in Rule 1.3 , for the entire case or select issues in the case.
