(a) Application The rules in this chapter apply to Judicial Council forms. (Subd (a) adopted effective January 1, 2007.) (b) Mandatory or optional forms Judicial Council forms are either mandatory or optional. (Subd (b) relettered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as subd (a) effective January 1, 2003.)
