wise The judicial authority shall render judgment on all verdicts of the jury, according to the jury’s find- ing, subject to statutory adjustments, with costs, unless the verdict is set aside; and in all cases where judgment is rendered otherwise than on a verdict, in favor of the plaintiff, the court shall assess the damages which the plaintiff shall recover.
