Within 35 days after the exchange of proposed claim terms, the parties must file a Joint Claim Construction Chart that includes: (a) the claim terms and construction on which the parties agree; and (b) each party’s proposed construction of each disputed claim term, together with intrinsic and extrinsic identification of evidence on which the proposing party intends to rely.
