RELEVANT EVIDENCE GENERALLY ADMISSIBLE; (a) General Principle. All relevant evidence is admissible, except as otherwise provided by the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of Virginia, statute, Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, or other evidentiary principles.
