1. Any party requiring interpreter services is responsible for contacting the District Court staff to schedule an interpreter at least 21 days prior to the mediation. 2. The District Court shall maintain a list of interpreters qualified to interpret in mediations. The District Court is responsible for assigning the interpreter prior to the scheduled mediation and notifying the presiding mediator of the selection.
