Delaware has implemented a certification procedure for court interpreters providing services in Delaware and has adopted a Code of Professional Responsibility for court interpreters. See Administrative Directive No. 107, Del. Supr., Veasey, C.J. (Apr. 4, 1996). D.R.E. 604 was amended in 2017 in response to the 2011 restyling of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
