INSTRUCTIONS TO JURIES

(a) Requests for instruction. Each instruction requested shall designate at the top thereof by whom it is being requested and the number of the request, e.g., PLAINTIFFS INSTRUCTION NO. 3. Each requested instruction shall be written on a separate page or group of pages. The original and one copy of each requested instruction shall be filed with the court and a copy served upon opposing counsel. (b) Copy of charge for jurors. The court may permit a copy of its charge without citations or any identification with any party to be taken into the jury room.
