Fed. R. Civ. P. 65 applies in an adversary proceeding. But on ap- plication of a debtor, trustee, or debtor in possession, the court 95 FEDERAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE Rule 8001 may issue a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunc- tion without complying with subdivision (c) of that rule.
