The following information shall not be discoverable by any party or the county attorney with or without a court order: (a) documents containing privileged information between an attorney and client, legal research, records, correspondence, reports, or memoranda to the extent they contain the opinions, theories, or conclusions of the attorney for a party or other staff of an attorney for a party; and (b) except as otherwise required by this rule, reports, memoranda, or internal documents made by an attorney for a party or staff of an attorney for a party.
