Justice Court Rules of Civil Procedure
No formal pleading other than the claim and notice is necessary, and the trials and dispositions of all such actions must be informal, with the sole object of dispensing fair and speedy justice between the parties. Formal discovery as conducted in a civil action is not allowed. [Amended; effective October 29, 2024.]
