(a) When Complete. An application under these rules is not complete until it is submitted and accepted through the Attorney Admissions office’s online portal. (b) Reject or Hold. The Attorney Admissions office may reject an incomplete application or hold acceptance pending completion. [ History: New rule adopted effective July 1, 2022.]
