General Rules of Practice for the District Courts
The State Guardian ad Litem Board shall be responsible for insuring the implementation of the Rules of Guardian ad Litem Procedure. The responsibilities set forth in the Rules of Guardian ad Litem Procedure shall be carried out at the direction of the Program Administrator. (Amended effective January 1, 1999; amended effective January 1, 2005; amended effective July 1, 2015.)
