Immunity
Rules for the Client Protection Fund of the Wyoming State Bar
(a) Claimants and witnesses shall have such immunity as is applicable in a civil action. (b) Members of the Committee and staff shall be immune from suit for any conduct in the course and scope of their official duties. (Added May 16, 2017, effective July 1, 2017.)
