Supreme Court Rules (Parts I - V)
The board of governors, members of the committee and all staff persons assisting them shall have absolute immunity from civil liability for all acts undertaken in the course of their official duties pursuant to these rules. [Added; effective June 24, 1985; amended; effective April 2, 2021.]
