Rules Governing the Standing Committee on Judicial Ethics (Part VIII)
The members of the committee and all staff persons assisting them shall have absolute immunity from civil liability for all acts undertaken in the course of their official duties pursuant to these rules. [Added; effective December 1, 1997.]
