Effective January 1, 2025 A registered or court-approved mediator, arbitrator, private judge, neutral advisor, or court-approved or court-ordered person conducting, directing, or assisting in any form of non-binding alternative dispute resolution under these rules has immunity in the same manner and to the same extent as a judge in the State of Indiana.
