Hawai‘i Appellate Mediation Program Rules
Mediators selected in accordance with Rule 5 of these program rules shall be absolutely immune from suit for all conduct in the course of their official duties. ( Amended March 8, 1995, effective March 15, 1995; further amended September 7, 2011, effective January 1, 2012. )
