Identity and statements of witnesses

Within ten (10) days after receiving a written request from the respondent, the Commission shall furnish the respondent with the names and addresses of all witnesses whose testimony it expects to be offered at the public hearing in support of the charges together with copies of all written statements and transcripts of testimony of such witnesses that are in the possession of the Commission and are relevant to the charges.
