16.312(1) Hyperlinks and other electronic navigational aids may be included in an electronically filed document as an aid to the court and the parties. Each hyperlink must contain a complete text reference to the target of the link. This text reference, when copied, must enable a user to reach the same target that would be reached by activating the hyperlink. 16.312(2) If an electronically filed document contains hyperlinks, the filer is responsible for creating and embedding the links in the document. It is not possible, however, to hyperlink from one document in the electronic court file to another document in the electronic court file.
