Editor’s notes. — Supreme Court Order dated January 21, 2014 stated as follows: “...the last sentence of Rule 107 of the Rules and Procedures Governing Admission to the Prac- tice of Law is hereby suspended with respect to an bar admission applications pending at the time of this order. That sentence provides: “An application shall be governed by the Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the application is filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court.” Thus, the rule amendments adopted by this
