(a) There shall be a Historical Society of the Supreme Court of Delaware (“Society”). Its purpose shall be to preserve the history of the Delaware Supreme Court, its members, and its administration of justice in Delaware and to educate and inform others periodically about such matters. (b) The society shall consist of the present Justices and such other members of the Delaware bench and bar as may from time to time be designated by the Chief Justice, with the concurrence of a majority of the Justices. (c) The Supreme Court shall allocate to the society a portion of the funds generated by the Commission on Continuing Legal Education to enable the society to carry out its purposes. Page 67
