Hearing additional evidence
Rules of the Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline
The Commission may order a hearing for the taking of additional evidence at any time while the matter is pending before it. The order shall set the time and the place for holding the hearing and shall state the matters on which additional evidence is to be taken. At least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing, a copy of the order shall be served upon the respondent.
