A. The petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging the legality of the juvenile’s detention or placement shall be filed with the clerk of courts of the judicial district in which the order directing the juvenile’s detention or placement was entered. B. The clerk of courts shall forward the petition immediately to the presiding juvenile court judge for review and shall identify the petition as time sensitive.
