In the event that a guardian of the estate of a minor shall receive additional assets not identified in the guardian's inventory, the guardian shall file within ten (10) days after receipt, written notice with the Court containing a description of the assets received and the market value of the assets. The Court shall review the amount of the guardian's bond in light of the additional assets received by the guardian. The Court shall order an increase in the amount of the guardian's bond if the Court determines such an increase is necessary in light of the receipt of the additional assets. Upon receipt of the Court's order the guardian shall arrange for the increase of the bond.
