A. The guardian of a party who is an incapacitated person shall represent the incapacitated person and shall supervise and control the conduct of the action in behalf of the incapacitated person. B. Notices required to be given by the magisterial district judge shall, if the party to whom the notice must be given is an incapacitated person, be given to the guardian of the incapacitated person.
