It constitutes a ground for discipline for a Lawyer to: (a) violate these rules, the Rules of Professional Conduct, or the Licensed Paralegal Practitioner Rules of Professional Conduct; (b) violate a valid court or Committee order imposing discipline; (c) be publicly disciplined in another jurisdiction; (d) fail to comply with the requirements of Rule 11-570; or (e) fail to notify the OPC of public discipline in another jurisdiction in accordance with Rule 11-567(a).
