Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Disciplinary Procedure

It shall be grounds for disciplinary action for a lawyer to: (a) Violate any of the Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct or any subsequent rules or code adopted by the Court in lieu thereof, whether or not the violation occurred in the course of a lawyer-client relationship; (b) Engage in conduct that results in lawyer or judicial discipline in another jurisdiction; (c) Violate the terms of any conditional diversion or private or public disciplinary or disability disposition; (d) Fail to furnish information to or respond to a request for information from the ODC, the PRC, the Board, or the Court, unless a protective order has been obtained from the Board or the Court; or (e) Fail to appear before the Court or the Board when required to do so.
